Builder Pro and advanced auto-configuration features (WellthND™ reactive grow beds, full Cognitive Sovereignty™ optimization) require a signed Wellthara™ Partnership Agreement. Review the terms and sign below to issue your license.
Your access is granted under a limited, revocable, non-transferable license. Wellthara may revoke access for breach, and you may not assign, sublicense, or transfer the license to any other party.
All designs created using proprietary Wellthara intelligence (auto-configuration logic, Sanctuary Score™, WellthND™ optimization, Cognitive Sovereignty™ protocols) remain licensed to you — not owned by you. Ownership of the underlying intelligence and proprietary configurations remains with Wellthara.
Certification and warranty coverage are conditioned on the use of official Wellthara components. Substituting unofficial components voids certification and warranty for the affected installation.
Wellthara reserves the right to audit licensed use on reasonable notice. You agree to liquidated damages of $25,000 per infringing project (a good-faith estimate of harm, not a penalty), plus actual damages, attorney fees, and injunctive relief for breach.
