Terms of Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wellthara™ solely for designing and specifying projects. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or proprietary algorithms (including auto-configuration logic, Sanctuary Score™ methodology, WellthND™ grow system optimization, or Cognitive Sovereignty™ protocols).
• Replicate, copy, or commercially use specific proprietary feature combinations or design intelligence outside of authorized Wellthara-certified installations.
• Export or use generated designs to build competing systems or bypass official Wellthara components.
• Remove or obscure any watermarks, metadata, or attribution notices.

All designs, outputs, and data generated using proprietary features of Blueprint Studio™ remain subject to Wellthara’s intellectual property rights. Authorized use requires compliance with applicable licensing agreements. Unauthorized commercial replication of patented or proprietary configurations is strictly prohibited.

We may terminate your access immediately for breach. You agree to pay liquidated damages of $25,000 per infringing project plus actual damages, attorney fees, and injunctive relief.
